- Assisting the department discipline committee members to Ensure and maintain strict discipline among students in the institution campus/ground.
- Prepare the semester-wise sports plan, conduct sports board meeting, and execute the same as expected by the management and University.
- Identifies the sports sprits/talents among the students and give proper training to the individuals as requested by them.
- Motivate the students to do any form of physical exercise daily apart from regular study.
- Ensures proper use of sports material and facilities and keeps/maintains records of it.
- Proposing annual budget for sports and purchasing the same as per the requirement with the consent of the Principal.
- Prepare a plan for organizing/conducting zone/national level sports and games to meet on our campus as scheduled by the institution.
- Train the students to participate in zonal /university tournaments.
- Encourage the students, to practice their interest in sports or the ability of games.
- Maintain complete discipline and decorum in the ground while playing games.
- Ensures NO ragging activity takes place and creates medical facilities on the campus.
- Assisting in NCC training camps, if any, and facilitating students involve in NSS activities.
- Assist the institution with various functions.
- Maintaining a proper record of students/materials/activities for auditing and inspection purposes like AU.AICTE and NBA, NAAC processes.
